Our Story

VW Tech was founded by Juana Villa from a simple idea: work shouldn’t feel like chaos.

As an IT leader with over a decade of experience leading IT strategy, enterprise infrastructure, cloud migrations, service delivery and big digital transformations, she knows what works—and what doesn’t. She’s led complex projects, streamlined workflows, and turned technology from a headache into a strategic advantage. 

Her approach? Clarity first. Process second. Tools last. When teams know what’s next—and systems support that flow—they do their best work.

Juana holds PMP, ISC2 Cybersecurity (CC), and ITIL certifications, bringing both credibility and practical know-how to every engagement.
