Is this an Anti-Sam website? It boggles the mind that people would suggest that. This is first and foremost a PRO-VALA on SG1 website. Vala-Dictorians are a diverse group - people who love only Vala, people who love her equally to any of the other team members, etc, etc. People question the lack of images containing Sam in them along with Vala. The answer to that is very easy - the content of this website is provided to me, the web mistress, by Vala fans - if I don't get it from the fans, I can't post it.

If you are a Vala and Sam fan and want to see more of that content, please do feel free to provide me with screen caps & manips and I will include them on the site. Please be aware, however, that I will not include images that show any of the characters negative towards any other character - and also that quality of the manips must be relatively good. About Us

I love the character of Vala Mal Doran. She had style, flair and personality. She hit the small screen like a wild, rogue wind and we were lucky enough to enjoy the whirlwind. She brought an incredible life to the show, and working with/annoying Daniel, she brought a smile to many faces.

It's a rare treat for an audience when a character is introduced with such imagination and vitality that she captures the hearts and imaginations of so many. We were graced with six incredible episodes in the first half of season nine, but these six episodes were over too quickly. Vala's swift return to the team is desperately needed so we really can have the band back together.

Daniel Jackson, Cameron Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran and Teal'c -- the second original SG-1!

I've been a fan of Stargate since the movie. I watched Stargate SG1 back when it was on Showtime and made the jump when it moved to Sci-fi. I LOVE Jack and Daniel. They are my favorite characters on the show and I had some reservations about not having Jack there for Season 9. I wasn't sure what to expect from Vala and the Daniel and Vala mix. One thing for sure was that I was not expecting to be floored by their performance. Episode after episode of brilliant, entertaining television since the season premiered and we had that for 6 episodes.

Pairing her up with Daniel is like the early days of Jack and Daniel and it's MAGIC!!!! Claudia Black is a fantastic actress. Michael Shanks is a superb actor! Put them together and we've got fire! It's been amazing stuff to watch. And I firmly believe that the addition of Claudia Black as Vala to the show was a great decision and I would like to see her return as a permanent cast member.
